Are Unwanted 72 Pills Effective Preventing Pregnancy During Unprotected Intercourse?

Question: Hi Doctor

I want to have opinion that is it okay to have unwanted 72 pills in case for some reason we had unprotected sex.

Is it safe ? Any side effects ?

Is there any else we could do to avoid conceiving.

It is safe to take I pill ,there is not much side effects but nausea,vomiting, headache and period irregularities are common.
You have to drink a lot of water and green tea to avoid side effects.
