Are Usage Of Vibrators For Prostate Massage Advisable?
Question: Regarding Prostate Massage
I am 38 year old male recently I have heard from a friend that massaging prostate
will produce unbelievable orgasm.
I have started experimenting with different vibrator tools etc. and I found the experience somewhat pleasurable but I have not been able to reach an orgasm .
I get to the point that little liquid comes out of my penis but its defiantly not an orgasm.
How hard do you have to press the prostate to get a full ejaculation ?
Can orgasm be reached without masturbation ?
Why is my prostate feel sore the next day ?
Can you give me some pointers on what I may be doing wrong ?
Thank you in advance :)

Brief Answer:
stop prostate massage. you're misguided.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
You've got a wrong advice regarding prostate massage and orgasm.
Please don't attempt again. The prostate has nothing to do with orgasm, but only contributes part of the semen fluid, while major part of it comes from a gland, called seminal vesicles.
There's no way to achieve orgasm other than masturbation or intercourse.
Hope your doubts are cleared, as this is coming from an Urologist.

I read some postings on line that massaging your prostate is good for
men, that it help with blood flow to that area , and I am somewhat confused
by your answer . Perhaps I have been misinformed about the orgasm part ,
but are you saying that massaging my prostates is not good for me ?
Or were you concern about me applying too much force to my prostate ?
Please clarify .
Also what about prostate milking ?
what is that about and how is that done ?
does this produce orgasm ?
Is prostate milking different than prostate massage ?
Thanks for your answers :)
Brief Answer:
You were misinformed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again. XXXXXXX don't get confused.I'm assuring you as an experienced Urologist.
Massaging prostate is not a way to get an orgasm. It doesn't help.
No doubt, you were misinformed.
Prostate massage is never done today by Urologists.
In the past, few decades ago, prostate massage was practiced by Urologists,
in the treatment of prostate infections. It's proved useless today and we've good medical treatment available, hence, abandoned.
Milking is just another term for massage.
Now, hope you're clear and forget about it.
You were misinformed.
