yes my uterus was removed, I have sexual feelings there and what I would call, a normal discharge. same as when I was younger. As I said I'm 68 years old and was wondering if this is normal?
They did not remove my ovaries, just my uterus.

Hello again,
Vaginal.discharge alone can occur in post menopausal women due to atrophic vaginitis. Atrophic vaginitis occur due to inflammation of vagina associated with lack of estrogen.
However, since you noticed increased libido possibility of increased estrogen secretion should be ruled out. Certain ovarian tumors can secrete estrogen.
Vaginal examination, vaginal swab microscopy and vaginal ultrasound is recomended at this point. Please be advised to follow up with your gynecologist to undergo necessary evaluation.
