Question: Dear Doctor,

I have been walking for 30 years. 6 KM every day. I went for Executive Check up in Escorts Hospital, XXXXXXX in 2015 after I felt repeat burning in my throat neck. This was felt after walking of 40 minutes for about a week. I thought it is acidity or may be a side effect of Health drink started by me. Health drink was consisting of Palak leaf and many other green vegetable etc. However, Escorts Technician immediately on start of TMT stopped me. I was taken to Doctor cabin who advised me to under go Angio graphy. I had no symptom of pain or breathlessness. I was walking every day for 40 minutes and last 20 minutes jogging regularly. I told to Doctor . He said no the TMT monitor is showing changes. I was insisted for Angiography. I did not accept and left home. Next Day I went to XXXX and undergone TMT test. I performed that test perfectly rather more than a healthy person. I was sure that I will be out of it. Doctor in NHI advised that both reports are yours. So do not take a change and undergo angiography. I along with My family, friends accepted. 1 Artery was blocked 90% LAD, second 60 and third 40. They put 1 stent lower side of LAD. I am on medication although I had never taken medications. I am taking Ecosprin-AV 75 in night, Morning Metpure for BP ( Though not a BP patient, required as per advise) and Glycomet for borderline sugar.

I have started in last 2 months Yoga.
I am doing every day morning kapalbhati for 15 minutes , Anulom viola for 15 minutes both in medium pace, Bhamari, Bhastrika, Triband.

Occasionally , i take 2 pegs of drinks once a week. I enjoy food but not fried.

Please advise if:-
1. I should continue with medication.
2. Is above yoga is safe for me.
3. Desi ghee in small quantity in vegetables, daal can be taken or not.
4. I am wallking after yoga for 40 minutes every day.

Regards

XXXX
