Are White Patches Inside The Mouth Indicative Of Oral Lichen Planus?

Question: Hi Doctor

I was paranoid as another doctor here in this forum told me it is Oral Lichen Planus. So i was worried.

I am attaching the new ic from today and I am worried.

Mt GP said it doesn't look like OLP. Do you think is there anything to worry? If it is Leukoplakia it can be cured right? Can you look at the new pics please? I have an itchy throat and i used a mouthwash may be burnt my mouth skin as well. Is there anything to worry ?

I will try to go to a dentist and see. I see a white small patch tiny under tongue and it hurts not sure if it is a bite or a cranker sore. I have sharp edge on the teeth which touches it. I am worried if it is cancerous or something.

I had an appointment with the Dentist. And you are 100% right, as per dentist there is no issues and the white line on the cheeks are cheek bites and also the tongue could be a bite and she took pictures and validated.
