Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear,
I have gone through your question and the attached reports.
I can understand your concern.
Your hemoglobin was high but in second results it's level is decreased.
High hemoglobin can be due to primary causes like polycythemia Vera or secondary causes like dehydration or other secondary causes.
Your hemoglobin level is decreased so it is a good sign and mostly suggest some secondary causes. So nothing to worry. Just be relaxed. No treatment required right now. Just repeat your hemoglobin after 1 month. If it goes down further then it is fine and nothing required.
Your all other test reports regarding liver, kidney, and thyroid function test, lipids, sugar are almost normal or non-significant.
Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any questions then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Wish you good health.

What are the average values of Hemoglobin and Red blood cell count for a healthy man?
Daily I am used to drink 4 to 5 Ltrs for water and following the same now as well do I don't think its because of Dehydration. Some times I would feel that shortness of breath and which makes me to take deep breaths to get comfortable.
If you don't think its not a problem for now, will be good to wait for one more month and repeat the tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear
sorry for delayed reply because of busy schedule.
For men hemoglobin level up to 17 is normal. moreover persistent high level of hemoglobin causes problem but your second report suggest decrease the level of hemoglobin so in my opinion you can wait for one month.
There is nothing to worry in wait for a month.
if your level will remain persistent high then we will go for further investigation for polycythemia Vera.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
