Brief Answer:
Renal function tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I appreciate your concern...

As a general rule, the cause should be determined, whether its prerenal, renal or postrenal failure.

If the renal function tests are deteriorating quickly e.g. a 1.5 fold rise in creatinine over 6 hours or 0.3 mg/dl rise.

You may upload/attach the lab results here so that I can analyze them to comment further.

Best Wishes

Thanks
