Detailed Answer:
Hii. The pain throat may be due to allergic pharyngitis or due to acid reflux from stomach. If you are not having any swallowing or breathing difficulty then it's less likely you are having any mass or infection in the throat. But as you have mentioned that you have taken spicy food then it's most likely to be acid reflux. Start antireflux measures, an antacid. If its not resolving with that you need to consult an ent surgeon and get an endoscopy of the larynx done to see whether there is any infection or any mass in the larynx. Please review if you have any queries.

my throat feels scratchy all the time and feel that something is there in throat. And pinching pain starts after I eat though not when I am eating or swallowing but after I eat.
Tried finding it online and landed directly to throat cancer. So I thought it would be wise taking a doctor%E2%80%99s advise. I hope it%E2%80%99s not something serious.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Don't treat every pain in the throat as cancer. Any people can have throat pain anytime in life. Please don't follow internet and you will be misguided more. The best thing is do an endoscopy of the larynx and get assured any infection or anything serious is present or not. But I think there is high probability of acid reflux in your case as this throat itching is a typical of allergic reaction and acid reflux. Please review if you have any queries.
