Brief Answer:
Get an ECG and chest X-Ray PA view done
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome
I have seen the attached report and here is my advice:
- Lipid profile is normal
- Diabetes is under control
- Liver function test is normal
- Kidney function test is normal
- Thyroid function test is normal
- Vitamin B12 and D are little low. Can take these supplements. If taking Vitamin D supplements, keep a check on its levels in blood, as it can ccumulate in body.
- High RBC and hemoglobin values could be associated with high blood pressure and alcohol intake.
Please check your blood pressure. It could be causing chest heaviness. Other reasons of chest heaviness could be lung or heart issues or anxiety. Take fatty foods in moderation only. Do regular exercise/walk/yoga.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr Vaishalee

I will come back with chest xray PA and ECG reports in 2-3 days.. looks like you missed to add the vitamin supplements to correct the levels. Please advice them. I don't have any alcohol habit and during this health checkup they have monitored my BP, that was normal.

Dear Ma'am,
Thank you, here are the ECG and XRAY report attached. also visited a physician at the hospital as they will not allow the test to be dome without any doctor consultation.
he checked the XRAY report and told it's normal, where as the BP was little high when i was at hospital and the heart rate was found high on the ECG... hence advised some medicine.. attaching his prescription for your referance.

Brief Answer:
Need to take care of cardiovascular health
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Currently your hemoglobin, hematocrit, blood pressure, heart rate, RBC count, LDL cholesterol are somewhat high. You need to monitor your cardiovascular health (the abnormal parameters) regularly (maybe every 6 months. Keep a track of your blood pressure at home. These parameters may affect heart in long run (after maybe 20 or 30 years). I would still suggest lifestyle measures like healthy diet and regular exercise. May do yoga and meditation to relax from stress. Although currently medicines maybe taken for short term (maybe).

Dr Vaishalee

May be the last question. along with your suggested vitamin supplements should i continue the suggested medication
Concor COR 2.5 Tablet - 1- 0 - 1 ( for 10 Days)
Atorfit CV 10 Capsule - 0 - 1 -0 ( for 30 Days)
are these medications to be continued lifetime if yes, then any alternative medication can be advised for a short term ?
i do walk but it was not regular. will try do it regularly. and every 6 months i'll follow health check up and meet physician.

Brief Answer:
Currently I dont see the need for regular medicines
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
As per your reports and description, I donot see the need to regular medicines. Atorfit CV is a lipid lowering drug plus blood thinner. It is meant to prevent heart attacks. Your lipid profile is normal, so you may take second opinion from a cardiologist. I dont understand the reason for this medicine in your reports for continuing it for life.
Concor cor is meant for lowering blood pressure. So you may regularly monitor your blood pressure. How much was it in hospital?

Dr Vaishalee

Brief Answer:
Blood pressure is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
If we consider these readings as three separate measurements - during test, by doctor and by nurse, I will consider this as NO hypertension. Since it is not hypertension, I would not suggest the BP medicines. Lifestyle measures are still the best for you.
Since you have some chest heaviness, you may visit the cardiologist to figure out the cause for it. It is likely to be due to musculoskeletal, angina or anxiety. If it is angina, then also cardiologist will be able to suggest further. So cardiologist visit should happen to find out cause for chest heaviness.

Dr Vaishalee
