Dr , XXXXXXX here i have received youR mail and happy to say i have recovered fully from the bump i had on penile shaft. It took 3 weeks plus
There was a small hole formed in the bump and intially a bit of blood dropped there after no blood or puss were there no matter how hard i tried to squeeze out .
after 3 days the hole close itself
As u suggest earlier i havent see any surgeon . let say if there was any abscess in the deeper layer does it cause any problem or irritation since the bump is closed and normalized. or further infect it inside my penis
there are times i does feel some kind of twingling feeling inside the penis .. i cant say its discomfort but a bit odd feeling ( i have no issues in peeing or nothing unushual ) is it any cause of concern
i do ejaculate unknowingly while i alseep and realized it only in the morning. why it happens is it due to excess sperm production
recently i started having very small sores some time below and side of the tounge . i applied some salt i get some relief but it comes back again. then i start controlling my food and taken food with vitamin b12 . so far am ok but one and off i get it.. does lack of vitamin d cause mouth ulcers cos i am not going out to sun almost since covid . pr acidity can cause cos some time i use lemon juice to flavour while cooking . let me know ur valuable suggestions
