Swell (very mild) never came down until now

14th Sep: while on Tenvir EM, Tri-dot test was negative

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor.
Thanks for posting your query.
Earliest HIV manifestations can appear only after 3-4 weeks after the exposure if there is an infection, not before this. So your symptoms are not related to HIV infection.
Fever, burning eyes and lymph node enlargement can occur to anyone at any point of time. Close intimacy will provoke such infection.
HIV PCR test will be reactive after a week and more conclusive after 3-4 weeks. Tridot, ELISA become reactive only after 6 weeks and may be delayed up to 12 weeks.
Post exposure prophylaxis will be of use only when it is started within 72 hours. That too, nowadays it is recommended 3 drug combination and not 2 drug combination. As you had been started PEP, your HIV results will be delayed more than usual.
Any how, having started PEP, complete the course up to 28 days. Repeat the test after 3 months and every month up to 6 months.
For your present symptoms contact your nearby physician and get treated.
