Brief Answer:
Needs further investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern, however more information is needed in order to give you an informed opinion.

This type of pain can be indicative of a heart problem, which requires immediate medical attention, or it could simply be an intestinal problem such as trapped gas or constipation.

There is also the possibility of a kidney stone with this kind of pain, or an enlarged spleen. Your past medical history could be crucial in determining the right diagnosis. So I recommend you see a doctor as soon as possible for a physical examination and testing.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if you have further questions.

Take care
