Baby Passes Slight Blood With Urine, No Evidence Of Pain. Remedy?

Thanks for your query to health care magic. Blood in urine is not something to be taken lightly. It needs to be evaluated. So show your baby to a good pediatrician.
Your pediatrician might ask few questions and examine your child. First important point to confirm is to be sure about blood in urine. Urine examination might show rbcs which suggest hematuria. If there are no RBCS probably some food items, drugs taken can cause red color of urine resembling blood. If there are RBCs then based on the shape of rbc & presence of rbc casts we can be sure whether it is coming from kidneys or from ureter, bladder. He might order further investigations like ultrasound based on urine examination.
Since your baby is having right kidney cyst, it can also cause blood in urine.
So my opinion is to confirm if its really blood, find out the source of bleeding and treat accordingly. Just consult a good pediatrician.
Don't worry your baby will be fine. If you have any further queries I am happy to help you or else kindly close the query and rate it.
Take care
