Brief Answer:
mostly viral fever
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Mostly tis is viral fever. It will take some time to become normal - say 2-3 days.
The child is on antibiotics already which is OK.
For fever you can give dolopar every 6 hrs - calculate 10 mg per kg weight per dose.
Give her plenty of fluids, juices, liquids and watch.
If she is alright, active in between febrile periods ,you need not worry.
Sinarest can make her drowsy.
Vntyl is not needed if there is no fever.
If she does not improve in 2 days,go to your pediatrician again for evaluation.
Good luck
God bless
