Back In 2013 They Found A Large Mass Around My

That is just for you to have part of the story.
I had a kid in 2015 and another one in October 2019.
But my question is about my current worries.
I have been feeling some sort of pain.
In my arms and also some sort of numbness. Then in my legs ... I feel
Sort of a pressure on the bone in the middle and between knees and feet.
I feel around my stomach some sort of pain pressure.
So I guess I’m worried about any new masses growing or something going on.
What should I do.
Please give additional information

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the present history and an attachment dated 11/8/2018 (which shows problem list).
Your present problems are: some sort of pain and numbness in arms, pressure on tibia, pain pressure around stomach, worried about any new masses...
I can understand your concerns.
Please give some additional information for me to assist you better:
Since when have you got these symptoms?
Any stress/ anxiety?
Any blood tests done recently for CBC, Sugar, Thyroid functions, Kidney functions, Vitamin D or so?
Any palpable lumps anywhere in body?
What was the Histopathology diagnosis of the lump after surgery?
What are the medicines you are taking at the moment?
Awaiting for your detailed feedback.

It has been weeks maybe months, some days hurt others is very mild.
Any stress/ anxiety?
Just normal
Any blood tests done recently for CBC, Sugar, Thyroid functions, Kidney functions, Vitamin D or so?
Not recent.
Any palpable lumps anywhere in body?
I had a mammogram a few months ago and they found some lumps. Seem benign.
What was the Histopathology diagnosis of the lump after surgery?
Tumor was benign
What are the medicines you are taking at the moment?
None other than regular vitamins.
FEW THINGS I FORGOT TO MENTION:
1. In my genital area/vulva. Back in 2018 started having little white spots. Now the depigmentation is larger that looks like vitiligo, I finally got an appointment with a dermatology specialist. (Waiting on it)
In general, I am just worried I have new masses, and this time they are not benign.
As discussed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
If there are no palpable lumps or not found on clinical examination or on investigations then I do not find any reasons for you to fear or have a phobia.
Relax, get a clinical examination, and necessary investigations if you want to be assured, negative results will help to alleviate your fear.
Get the Vitamin D3 levels done as well.
If required, request your doctor to prescribe medicines for symptomatic relief.
Your symptoms are not suggestive of any masses until proven otherwise.
I hope this answer helps you.
Take care.
Relax.
Anyways this is a tough time all over the world due to COVID-19.
