Question: Back in 2015 I had unprotected heterosexual intercourse. Less than a month later, I got really bad pain in my left testicle and lower left abdomen. My symptoms started with my stomach rumbling a lot if I remember well. I went and got testing and I was negative for ghonorrhea, syphillis, chlamydia, and hiv. There was some blood found in my urine but it was invisible to the naked eye. The next time I was tested, there was no blood found and the urine was normal. I also had a ultrasound of the scrotum done, and it was normal as well (slight skin thickening on the left side, but not doctor wasn’t sure of the significance). Since then, I have always had a slight yellowish mix in my semen. My left testicle has also been super sensitive during any sexual activity. I am searching for answers and I have not got an explanation yet. 5 years later and now I get hives occasionally, and have developed upper GI issues. Not sure if that is related at all Would you have and idea? Thanks

Brief Answer:
Get your Semen examination and culture done

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted the yellowish mix in Semen that you have noticed is mostly due to either infection of Seminal Vesicle or Prostate and needs to be investigated .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Semen examination and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Microscopic examination of urethral discharge obtained after
digital rectal examination .

In the mean time start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

Yellowish Semen is an indication of bacterial infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate which has to be ruled out by doing the tests which I have already suggested in my reply earlier .

I have already suggested tests to be done .
