Hello,

I will try to list few steps to be taken in her case.

1.For back pain she needs to get a MRI done.Current symptoms can be due to a disc bulge or can be complication related to spinal anesthesia given during C section.Prior to MRI a clinical evaluation can be undertaken.
2.Bloating after any abdominal surgery can be due to unavoidable adhesion formation between bowel loops.Diet changes, gasex and use of laxatives can help in this.Use of laxative can also help in relieve constipation , if any which can also help reduce progression of piles.
3. Piles, once formed can remain for long or life long.A visit to proctologist for clinical evaluation can prove helpful. There are conservative as well as surgical treatment to get this treated.Sometimes anal fissure is cause of such bleeding.Doctor will also check it out.

4.For pain in the region of stitches you can get a sonography done to see if there is any underlying issue causing pain.Sonography will also help evaluate her bowels to some extent.

Post-pregnancy such issues are common .Regular moderate exercises and balanced diet can help one to get back to regular form.

Hope this answers your question. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
