Question: Been experiencing burning sensation in the chest it comes and goes. No breathing issues. Does not hurt to breath. Just burning issues. They come and go

Worthwhile getting an ECG done.
try following things and see how you feel
1. eat on time
2. exercise regularly
3. go for regular walk
4. sleep adequately for 8 hrs
5. avoid stress
6. avoid coffee, aerated drinks, tobacco, smoking, alcohol if any.
7. avoid sleeping or lying down 2 hours after meals
8. take small frequent meals
9. do some yoga and mind relaxation techniques
10. Can try a course omeprazole 20 mg once a day in morning before breakfast for 10 days and see how you feel
all this will help you in long run.
In case of poor relief, vomiting, difficulty in swallowing, weight loss or symptoms related to exertion worthwhile visiting a doctor urgently.

I got Pepcid AC XXXXXXX can you take morning and night? This to you sounds more like heartburn issue / gas type stuff not a heartatack or stroke. thanks a lot ill give that a try is a omni pepcid or like nexium
