Hi and Welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have read your question and here is my advice.

These symptoms may be caused by many diseases of the gut but if your blood tests and multiple endoscopies and colonoscopy are normal, then any serious disease of the gut is very unlikely. This is quite reassuring. So you should be at least relaxed for this one reason.

Then why are these symptoms? I understand these symptoms are quite distressing. There are certain of our gut problems that are related to our mind. We call them functional disorders. These include functional dyspepsia and or IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). And, to be honest, these problems are quite common This does not mean to be psychiatric or mental disorders like depression or anxiety. They are in fact only irregularities in the control of our gut by our mind.

But they may be worsened by stress or tension. I just wonder if your symptoms worsen with any stress ?? or when you feel down? If yes then probably you have got one of these functional disorders.

It is very necessary to rule out every possible organic cause before putting it to IBS. Especially to rule out "Celiac disease" which is uncommon but important (did you get your celiac tests like anti-TTG antibodies done? If not, we generally advise one to be done in such cases).

There is another test as "Faecal calprotectin" that we do here. This test checks if there is any pathology in the gut. If this test is positive then we should search for some disease in the gut but if this is negative then we can be quite sure that there is no big problem in the gut. So that can also be done to be sure.

Hope I've answered your question.
Please feel free to ask anything else you need to know.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Symptoms of IBS vary

Detailed Answer:
Hi .

Symptoms of IBS vary a lot .Most commonly it presents with on off diarrhea, constipation and pain in tummy. Symptoms can greatly vary and gastric upset, dumping , and gas distension are also common symptoms.

As we said earlier that we only diagnose IBS once all possible diseases are rules out. That have already been ruled out in your case. And I mentioned that we do recommend screening for celiac disease before diagnosing IBS. (if not done)

The symptoms of IBS are sometimes quite distressing, and your worries are not out of place. If your blood tests are normal and your endoscopies and colonscopy are normal then you should be quite relax about any serious disease. Though IBS itself is a common problem and need management.

If your tests are normal then we can say that the fatigue is also a part of this IBS syndrome, as is disturbed mode and sleep.

I hope the answer help you understand your concern. Please feel free to ask anything else you need to know.
Regards
