Thanks for query .You have not mentioned your age and gender in your query .

Based on the facts that you have posted discomfort in urethra that you have could be mostly due to inflammation of Urethra (Urethritis)

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Did you have unprotected sex very recently with a partner having genital infection ?
2) Do you have any urethral discharge ?

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Did have urine and culture all negative no discharge went to gyno last week everything was fine I’m married no relations for about a month due to the discomfort feels like something is in urethra burning constant need to urinate

You have not mentioned your age in feedback

In females urethral opening being very close to Vagina and anal opening where there are flora of multiple organism which can access urethra very easily as compared to males and set an inflammation and infection .

The mild antibiotics which I have suggested are as a prophylaxis .

Maintaining proper personal hygiene by cleaning the area with microbial solutions like Betadine does help to prevent getting infection .
