Been Hypothyroid Since 2018. Was Stable On 50mcg Until Recently.

Reports attached of recent blood results.
I've not felt a huge difference from the 100mcg dosage but its only been 4 days. Still feel disorientated and detached from reality. But i understand this is to be expected as it will take time for things to stabilize.
Whats concerning me is that i have been experiencing rather painful back and neck pain that started yesterday.
The pain in my back is towards the top of my back and around the center, spreading out to the sides. Its an aching, stabbing pain. Also got an aching, stabbing like pain in the left side of my neck running along the side. The pain gets worse with movement, specifically the neck pain.
Also feeling relatively short of breathe and tight chested for the last few days which feels worse tonight. But i am asthmatic so it could be related to that. In a stranger way my airways and lungs feel dry and inflammed if that makes sense?
Blood pressure fluctuating from 129/79 to upwards of 140/84 (medically certified machine)
Blood oxygen 98%
Heart rate 95bpm
Body temperature oral 36.9c
Just wondering if this pain and breathing dififculties is likely hypothyroid symptoms and if not what the cause could be? Right now I'm just a little concerned as all kinds is going through my mind. From pulmonary embolisms all the way to my thyroid lol. I always get concerned about PE due to the steroids i inject.
Thanks
About severe hypothyroidism;
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The hormonal results you attached are very altered and can cause many symptoms, but I would not blame thyroid disfunction for the ache you described if you haven't gained too much weight lately.
Weight gain due to hypothyroidism can cause compression of the spinal nerve root that is manifested with pain.
Meanwhile, the shortness of breath in an asthmatic patient needs a detailed clinal examination to get an opinion about what maybe it causes.
Hypothyroidism can cause it but other pathologies should be excluded before.
After increasing the dose of levothyroxine it will need 4 to 6 weeks to see the clinical improvement and the TSH, so 2 weeks are not enough.
Testosterone level is too high, to judge about it, the day of the injection before you took the blood sample should be known.
Hope the information will help.
Best wishes,
