Brief Answer:
Dont worry. This is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about blood clots coming out of vagina in last few days of periods. Following is my reply:

1) In some cycles there is excessive growth of womb lining ( endometrium) which is shed during periods.

2) This accompanied with blood comes out as clot.

2) This would have shed sometime back or previous day but comes out after a day as formed clot with endometrium.

4) This is absolutely normal and there is nothing to worry.

5) If you wish to get this checked, please meet your gynecologist to get an ultrasound scan to assess overall well being of uterus.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
