Brief Answer:
urine examination...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At this age, it would be wise not to ignore blood stained urine (hematuria). It could be due to infection, a stone or a prostate pathology. I would insist to get an urine examination and an ultrasound scan abdomen. The tests will allow us identify possible cause of hematuria. Further management is based on test results.

Until then drink plenty of fluids. Avoid strenuous physical exercise and unprotected sexual intercourse.

Hope this helps. let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
