Brief Answer:
Colonoscopy needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I don't believe the blood in stools shows just IBS. I think it can be inflammatory bowel disease.
I think you don't need ultrasound or CT scan but what you need to evaluate situation is colonoscopy or camera tube.
Buscopan is not much helping but you may need to do blood tests to determine the exact diagnosis and take proper treatment.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Visit a gastroenterologist then.
Detailed Answer:
OK dear. Colonoscopy is a tube with camera in it used to see the conditions of colon mucosal lining. Having blood in stools and abdominal pain is enough reason to do it.
If your GP don't want you to do it you can ask to visit a gastroenterologist.
