Blood In Stools, Tightness In Stomach, Uncomfortable, No Pain.

Question: i pooped this morning when i got up the water was bloody and when i wiped the wet wipe was soaked in blood i have a tightness in my stomach and an uncomfortable feeling i had no pain pooping
Hi and thanks for the query.
First of all you need to differentiate if the blood is mixed with the stool (proximal colon, small intestinal origin) or separate from the stool (anorectal origin).
Further, maroon colored or black stools may indicate a proximal origin in which case the stools are usually ill formed.
Kindly consult your Gastroenterologist and get a stool routine examination and a complete hemogram to plan further treatment.

the stool looked normal just the water and the wipe was red and i had another poop and it was fine.
Hi and thanks for the clarification,
Since the stools appeared to be normal, it is more likely to be an anorectal cause of bleed - either a pile or a fissure may be the reason. A local examination with proctoscopy should be able to differentiate it.
Drinking lots of water and fibre XXXXXXX food to soften stools would help in recovery.
Hope this answers all your queries. Please accept this answer if you do not have any further queries.
