Blood Pressure 140/70. Should I Be Concerned?
Question: I had my blood pressure taken today and it was 140/70. Is this something I should be concerned about?

The lower figure of 70 (Diastolic pressure) is perfectly NORMAL
The upper figure of 140 is also normal / upper limit of normal.
No cause for concern.
Continue to be happy as your mail ID implies.
If it was lower than this before, this could be transient from anxiety, coffee, tea, cola and so on.
Nothing needs to be done except to check it again after a week or two
Your Medical history is excellent...Hopefully, your personal and family history too...
