1. Do you experience numbness on the feet as well?

2. Do you see a color change in the fert extremity

3. How long you have had RA?is it well controlled?current medications you are taking

4. any history if backache or neck pain

5. Does the pain get worse on putting it in comdex water?

6. pls attach recent blood test if any

We need to see if it is the nerve symptoms or blood vessel symptom and the reason for it

Dumbness in jaw in the morning,there is color change, I take folic acid and methrixate. Backache and neck. Know blood work at the moment

Well I would suggest if you could do the blood test and upload them it will be helpful to be sure the arthritis is not affecting the nerves. Most of your symptoms match the nerves. With long standing arthritis we can hav 2 types of effect in the nerves. One is inflammation one and other is generalized pains known as Fibromyalgia. Management will differ for both

for blood test kindly do: CBC, ESR, CRP, SGOT, SGPT

For Medications you can start with Tab PRegabalin 75 mg(Brand name: Lyrica 75) available. This is to be taken in the night, 2 hours before sleep. Kindly do that and let me know how well it s working
