I have gone through your query and understand your concern. As far as pus boil is forming beneath the root canal treated tooth it is seems like infection left near apex of the root of tooth.
Can you please upload the picture of your tooth and gum that will be helpful for me to give you proper treatment plan.
Inmeantime , as pandemic condition is there i will suggest you to take few medicine and follow these measures , that might help you in subsiding infection:
- You can take medication like Capsule PAN D before breakfast one capsule in morning . After breakfast take medication one tablet of medicine Tab. Amoxiclav 625 mg twice daily with Tablet Metrogyl one tablet twice daily and Tablet Zerodol SP one tablet twice daily for 5 days by consulting with local doctor.
- Take one capsule of Vitamin B complex once daily with consulting with local doctor.
- Do warm saline rinses 2 times a day.
- Do chlorhexidine containing mouthwash once daily.
- Take green leafy vegetables and citrus fruits in your diet.

Thanks for uploading picture of your gum. I have seen your picture you have attached as far as i have observed it seems like pus formed boil is due to infection and pus formation in root apex of tooth.
There is nothing to be worried so much treatment plan for this consult your dentist for clinical examination and radiograph of this tooth. If radiograph reveals infection at apex of tooth then treatment will be re root canal treatment followed by medication.
After pandemic consult your dentist and go for treatment. Inmeantime follow those above prescribed measure that will help you.
