Hii. Can you send a better picture? It's not visible fully. But are far as it looks it doesn't look anything bad. It can be normal or result of some acid reflux. Some times vitamin deficiency can present with similar bump in the lip also. Similar bunps can also be visible at the back of the throat in case of acid reflux. Do you have any diifculth in swallowing food, breathing difficulty, any fever, pain throat? If you aren't having any such complaints then it's most likely any benign lesion but I want a better picture and details. Please review if you have any queries and with a better picture.

No difficulty swallowing, breathing and no fever. My lymph nodes are a little swollen and sore and my throat is slightly irritated but not really painful. From this photo you can see the bumps on the back of my throat as well. As far as acid reflex I do have slight burning in the chest. But havn't had acid reflex with it since I was a born. The slight burning in my chest only started when I noticed the bumps so I really don’t think acid reflex is the cause.
