Brief Answer:
Mostly due to injury to nail beds.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and pictures with diligence. The bump seen in the picture is most likely due to previous injury to nail beds. This will gradually go off. No need to worry.
Nutritional deficiencies like Iron calcium or vitamin B12 also can be a reason. Better to check your complete blood count, vitamin B12 and D levels to rule out these. If these are low then supplements should be taken.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. I am happy to help.
Thanks.
