Bumps Under The Skin And On The Side Of Foot. What Are They?

Question: i have like 2 or 3 little bumps under the skin and on the side of my foot between the heel and ankle but does not hurt. what is that?

It can be herniation of fat.
I would like to know the following additional things,
1. Are you an athlete ?
2. What is your weight ?
3. Does it reduce when you lie down and increases when you get up?

I would also like to see a photograph of the lesions.

I do try to stay active working out and all, although not as much last couple weeks. I am little over weight and have a stocky build about 200lbs. They are actually only really noticeable when I stretch my foot out otherwise can kind of see them but don't seem to protrude as much.
