Burning And Uncontrolled Urination. Noticed Blood In Urine. What's Going On?

Question: yes..doc..i have a question ..for the first time of my life i feel to much burning when I'm peeing and also i can't control my pee...i don't have sex for 15 years....whats going on with me ....then when i wipe i see pink ,is that a blood..scares me to death...Doc what I'm going to do..

Thanks for your query.

I am sorry to know about your sufferings. i would like to know some more details to guide you better.

1) Do you have increased frequency of Urination?
2) Do you have nocturnal frequency (Increased frequency of passing urine at night)?
3) Are you in menopause ?
4) Did you have fever with chills any time recently?

Please get your Routine Urine test and Ultrasound scanning done.

Based on your symptoms it is likely that you have either
1) Interstitial Cystitis with Over active Bladder or
2) Peri-menopausal Urethral Stenosis.

However, final diagnosis can be confirmed only on results of above tests and endoscopic examination and Biopsy of Urinary Bladder. Please consult a qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and further treatment.
