Burning Sensation Behind Pubic Bone And Urethral Opening, Vaginal Wall Sore, Urge To Urinate Frequently. Resistant Yeast?

Email: YYYY@YYYY
Welcome to XXXXXXX
Based on the symptom i think you might be suffering from recurrent urinary tract infection.
I advice you to go for urine culture and sensitivity test.
A urine culture may be ordered when symptoms indicate the possibility of a urinary tract infection, such as pain and burning when urinating and frequent urge to urinate. Antibiotic therapy may be prescribed without requiring a urine culture for symptomatic young women who have an uncomplicated lower urinary tract infection. If there is suspicion of a complicated infection or symptoms do not respond to initial therapy, as in case of you, then a culture of the urine is recommended. It may be ordered with a urinalysis or as follow up to abnormal results on a urinalysis.
If you have recurrent urinary tract infections, culture and susceptibility testing may be performed with each episode. For patients who have frequent UTIs, their bacteria may become resistant to antibiotics over time, making careful selection of antibiotic and the full course of treatment essential.
I advice you to go for urine culture ans XXXXXXX the physician with the report, he will prescribe you the most effective antibiotic.
Hope I have provided the information you needed.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Good to hear from you.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
It might be Contact dermatitis of the vulva is a skin condition that is caused by exposure to allergens and irritants that produce vulvar and/or vaginal itching and burning when there is no infection.
Symptoms include A raw feeling due to irritation, Mild to severe itching and/or burning of the vulva.
Remove the irritant and avoid future contact. in your case it might be tampons. Soak in a lukewarm bath with 4-5 tablespoons of baking soda to help soothe vulvar itching and burning. Soak 2-3 times a day for 10-15 minutes. If unable to soak, splash down with cool water after using the bathroom. Vaseline or Crisco may be applied liberally between applications of steroid ointment. Steroid can be used, steroid ointments should be used only as prescribed by your physician because misuse may make your problem worse.
For diagnosing yeast infection, sample of your is collected and examined under a microscope to correctly diagnose a yeast infection. Sometimes a culture is needed to make the diagnosis. Yeast infection should be excluded before using steroid as it might increase the yeast infection.
I advice you to see dermatologist as it might be some skin infection of the area. I know you have gone through lot, it is difficult to exactly diagnose without examining you. I also advice you not to use any ointment on your own without consulting as it may have adverse effect on the condition.

Good to hear from you.
It is unlikely that the culture will miss the bacteria. Apart from all this i think you may be allergic to tampons, so i advice you to avoid them and see is there any improvement.

I mean even if it was a resistant strain of yeast or resistant strain of bacteria wouldn't that take a special test or a normal culture would pick it up?
Oh and can't baking soda mess up a woman's ph?
Good to hear from you.
Resistant microbes are those which will not respond to the particular antibiotic but usually culture will not miss them.
Contact dermatitis of the vulva, lukewarm bath with 4-5 tablespoons of baking soda to help soothe vulvar itching and burning. I advice you to see dermatologist to rule out any possible allergen that might be responsible, as you have done lots of investigation without any help, it might be due to allergens.
