Thanks for posting your query.
Burning sensation on the palm and soles can be due to various reasons and some common ones are due to Liver disease,Kidney disease, nerve related problem,Deranged Blood sugar,Vitamin B12 deficieny and even uncontrolled Blood pressure.
First of all you need to monitor your BP recordings continuously for a week 3 to 4 times a day.If they are constantly on the higher side(more than 130/90) then you need to be evaluated for that.
Also get your Blood sugar levels(Fasting and PP)checked once as it can also be one of the cause for burning.
For burning sensation Tablet Neurobion can be taken once a day for a month after consulting with your treating doctor if Blood sugar levels are fine.
Regarding the cotton mouth it can be due to excessive smoking, alcohol, medication effect or dehydration.Oral Hygiene is utmost important in this case.
1)Drink lots of water.
2)Xylitol containing gums are available these days which can be chewed frequently.
3)Carboxymethyl cellulose saliva substitute can be taken after being recommended from your Physician.
4)Restrict smoking and alcohol.
