Hi Thanks for posting the query.

The symptoms seems to be due to Gastroenteritis. You can Take Tab. Pan 40 1 tablet 2 times a day for 5 days before the food. Take any pro biotic like econorm 2 times a day.
Avoid spicy ad oily food.
Have warm water in between the meals.
If symptoms do persist then consult the physician and get examined once.

Any issue do follow up.
