CAN I USE SALIYSIC ACID FACE WASH?

Question: hai there, i am suffering from severe acne from 20 years..iam 43 years now. at the age of 19 yers doctor prescribed NEKO SOAP, RETINO -A CREAM. it cleared skin.in the mean while i managed with some other creams like clindamycin.. At the age of arond 35, i prescribed ACCUTANE FOR 5 MONTHS..it cleard every thing on my skin.. And recently i once again put on ACCUTANE by another docter for 3 months.. but afer all these episodes once again as in common iam developing acne with puss or swolen acne which is big..my skin is very oily..pls sugeest how to manage my acne.. CAN I USE SALIYSIC ACID FACE WASH? AFTER FACE WASH WHICH MOISTURIZER I SHOULD PUT? CAN I PUT AGAIN ACCUTANE? IF ACCUTANE IS RISKY THEN CAN I USE RETINO-A CREAM? AFTER USING FACE WASH CAN I USE SUN SCREEN OR WHICH FACE CREAM IN THE DAY TIME? CAN I USE CLINDAMYCIN NICOTINAMIDE GEL ON FACE? I AM VERY CONFUSED AMONG GELS ,TONARS,SERUMS,AND SO ON.. PLS SUGGEST

Thanks for the query.
I will answer all your queries in detail.
1. Yes you can safely use salicylic acid face wash once in a day.
2. After facewash use acnemoist moisturizer or Tivenca gel.
3. Accutane can be used for 6 months in one go and then give a break of at least 3 months before starting it again. A monthly Liver function test and Lipid profile is mandatory while on Accutane.
4. If the lesions are under control then it's better to use Retino A cream in night and avoid Accutane.
5. Clindamycin can be used in morning after face wash and on top of moisturizer.
Toners and serums are of very less value in acne control.

You must use Retino A only in night and apply a sunscreen in morning.
Yes in case of clindamycin first apply moisturizer and then clindamycin.
