Cam Meftal-p To Given After Tylenol Intake?

Question: my 3 yr old son weight 10 kgs is having 102.9 fever ,measured from armpit,so i gave him 5ml tylenol.but after giving tylenol , i feel for such a high fever Meftal-p is best,so can i repeat the 5ml dose of meftal-p after half an hour of giving tylenol.plz reply

Brief Answer: Can give Meftal P if fever not subsided Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthacare-Magic Greetings of the day Namasthe Dear Ms XXXXXXX Tylenol that is Paracetamol is the safest antipyretic drug for reducing fever. It is also gastric friendly. If after giving Tylenol, the fever has not subsided in spite of giving tepid sponge with tap water at room temperature than you can safely give Meftal P Syrup. My concern is that whether I can give meftalp immediately after Tylenol or I have to wait for some specific duration ,even If the fever reduces only .1 f after 1 hour of Tylenol dose
