Brief Answer:
Delayed periods could be due to PCOS

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think the delayed periods are due to PCOS. Inability to conceive is also mostly seen in PCOS.

To answer most of your questions, I need to know your last menstrual period date and after how many days do periods happen.

Pregnancy can be avoided by taking emergency contraception within 2 days. Or else after confirming pregnancy with HCG and ultrasound when periods are missed.

gestational sac can become visible as early as 5 days after missing periods.

HCG also starts becoming positive about 5 days after missing periods.

If pregnancy has been ruled out then regesterone can be taken.

Fluconazole and itraforce are anti-fungal medicines and should not be taken for long periods as they can have side effects. It is better to drink water with low TDS to avoid infections. Anti-fungals do not have any effect on bacterial UTIs.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Most probably pregnancy is not there

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Since gestational sac didnot show up on ultrasound dated 17 November, pregnancy is not there. Delayed periods seem to be due to stress and PCOS.

You can do some breathing techniques (pranayam) to tackle stress. Aerobic exercises and running (rather than applying force) can help to get periods.

Blood pregnancy (HCG) test does not need prescription. You can go to any reputed lab nearby and get tested. Alternatively, urine pregnancy test kit is also available at pharmacies.
