It says take with breakfast and i eat cereal, i was told by a friend no dairy. Also can i drink tea i was told caffeine interacts with it. Is it ok to take fish pills with it and a probiotic?
Brief Answer:
Yes
Detailed Answer:
It is ok to take Advil, Tylenol, fish oil pills and probiotics with ferrous sulphate as there are no reported interactions between these medications. however, it is recommended to take medications at least 2-3 hours apart.
As for the diet recommendations, it is not advised to take ferrous sulphate with milk or dairy products or caffeinated drinks as tea or coffee.. it is also recommended that you don't consume these items 2-3 hours before and after taking ferrous sulphate as they decrease its absorption.
Hope I have answered your query.
