Brief Answer:
Safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Alphadopa is a safe drug in pregnancy with no adverse effect on fetus.
Mitrazapine is a FDA category C drug means that no adverse effects are seen in human fetuses, when taken in early pregnancy.
However, very few adverse effects are seen in animal studies. These drugs are continued in pregnancy if the benefits of the drug exceeds the risk associated.
I suggest you to consult a fetal medicine specialist to get appropriate counselling and further treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to affect the fetus

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear ,
These drugs are least likely to affect the baby.Increased maternal age is associated with chromosomal anomalies in the fetus.
These can be detected by serum screening and prenatal testing widely available.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
