Brief Answer:
No it won't

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Amoxycillin does not affect the bp.
But bp could rise because of infection, stress & pain.
But a bp of 190/110 needs treatment. Kindly see your doctor soon. We generally start with Tab Amlodipine 5mg for such patients & add other drugs after knowing kidney function test & monitoring the bp.
Keep monitoring your bp.
Thanks & take care
