Question: can andro gel cause fatigue. If so, will it go away?

Andro gel does not cause fatigue. In fact low testosterone levels is usually associated with fatigue and tiredness. Please consult your doctor and get your hemoglobin, Vti b12, Vit D and Thyroid function test done to rule out other causes of fatigue.
