Question : 1. Can Androgel 1.62 x3 (Meter Dose 75GM) cause a false positive on a UA drug test or show up as another drug ?
2. Can Cialis 5mg x 1 cause a false positive on a UA drug test or show up as another drug ?
3. Can Amitriptyline Tab 10 mg cause above ?
4. Can Niacin ER Tab 1000mg cause above ?

I read carefully your query.

-Androgel (Testosterone topical )
-Cialis (Tadalafil)
-Niacin
These three drugs don't interfere with a urine drug test ,so they won't cause any false positive result in a drug test.

Amitriptyline can interfere with a urine drug test and cause a fals positive result for LSD abuse (Lyseric acid diethylamine).
Since Amitriptyline is an Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCA) , you may test positive for TCA in a urine drug test.
