Thanks for query.I understand your concern.
Yes...severe anemia can cause swelling on legs...
The remedy consists of iron suppliment ...after getting it investigated &typing of anemia done.
Specific treatment then can be advised (may be blood transfusion infew cases / injectable (iv/im)/oral medication...depending on severity of anemia.
