Brief Answer:

Further tests are required.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As per your symptoms the possibility of a significant analgesic induced ( Relafen) kidney damage is very high and should be ruled out.

Additionally the risk of aspirin induced bleeding always should be the primary priority.

Hence it's advisable to get the following tests to rule out bleeding tendencies

1. Complete blood count
2. Bleeding and Clotting time
3. Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
4. Complete Urinary examination

Review with reports to determine further course of action.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
