Brief Answer:
Avoid Betnovate C cream, salicylic acid facewash & adapelene gel

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
Betnovate C contains a high potency steroid which should not be used for the treatment of oiliness and pimples as it will cause worsening of acne, increased hair growth, redness, dialated blood vessels and atropy of the skin.
It should be avoided on the face.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use a salicylic acid face wash twice daily and apply adapelene gel 0.1 percent on the pimples at night for atleast 6-8 weeks. This will reduce the oiliness as well as the pimples.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.

Dr Asmeet
