Can Biotin Fered Be Taken Along With Livozen Z?

Question: please suggest me, i am taking livozen z for iron , one per day, so can i take biotin fered with this?
cos i have to much hair fall problem

Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Yes, you can take both of these but at separate times of the day. Biotin 1 hr after breakfast and Iron either 1 hr before or 1 hr after lunch. Continue for at least 4-6 months.

Also use Folica medicinal hair tincture alternate days at night and shampoo the following day. Use an antidandruff shampoo if you also have dandruff.

Hair fall takes time to respond, a month or so.
