Brief Answer:
It could be an abscess.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It could be probably an abscess. It is nothing but a collection of pus. The peri-anal area is vulnerable to developing abscess.

The best and most effective treatment is drainage of pus. You can consult a surgeon and he can release the collected pus under local anesthesia it will take only less than ten minutes. You need antibiotics. Analgesics and anti-inflammatory drug also needed for symptomatic relief.

Local ointments like boil ease can provide some relief but do not give the complete cure.

So I suggest you consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
