Can Bonnisan Drop Be Given To Improve Digestive System Of A Baby?

Question: My baby is 110 days old (3 month 20 days). She was taking around 560 ml of mother's milk every day (She is taking only mother's milk). But the amount is getting reduced for the past few days. Past two days, she is taking only 500 ml of mother's milk. She seems to be getting some pain some time in the stomach (gastric / colic) but we are giving her colicarmin (Ayurveda drops by banlab) 10 drops every morning and evening. Last month she had problem in passing poop and it is still not regular. She passed poop 7 days ago. Last time it came automatically after 7 days only.
Now, can we give bonnisan drop to improve her digestive system and to improve her appetite ? Some online forum, suggests to get Himalaya brand. What would you suggest ? If it has to be given, what should be the quantity ? Is there any side effects ? Some forum says that it may lead to asthma / lungs problems in the future.
Looking forward for your advise.

Dear Ms
Being a Parent myself I understand your concern and apprehension.
Let me reassure you there is no cause for concern.
If the child is exclusively on breast feeding there is absolutely no cause for concern. There is no need for Giving anything else to the baby till 6 months. If the baby has colic symptomatic relief of occassional colic is all that is required.
Also one does not need to be worried about quantity of feeds. Following are the points which are taken into consideration to know adequacy of feeds
1. If the baby sleeps for 1 to 2 hours after feeds it's very much likely that feeds are adequate
2. Weight gain
3. Adequate urine output
Babies have their own frequency of passing stools. If there is no distension of abdomen and baby is accepting feeds then there is no cause for concern.
Internet and online forum is full of resources and wide information.
As per World health organisation recommendations nothing else is to be given to baby till 6 months of age except breast feeding. Even in my professional practice I do not recommend anything to be given.
Any externally given substance may do more harm than good. It also increases risk for Sudden infant death syndrome(SIDS).
MAY personal advise would be to refrain from giving anything. If you still want something to be given kindly get back to me.
Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.
Take care
