Brief Answer:
Bromazepam may help but take it with caution as mentioned below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Almost 10 hours passed since you have taken ambien.Bromazepam is a benzodiazepine sedative. If you have taken bromazepam in past as per your doctor's guidance then only you can take recommended dose right now and inform your doctor tomorrow about your situation. If you have not taken bromazepam before, you should not take it without doctor's prescription for you and guidance.

Nootropic aniracetam also may cause some sedation. Do not combine both right now. If you have taken nootropic aniracetam in noon time , you can go for bromazepam as mentioned above. And if nootropic aniracetam is to be taken now at night time or just taken , do not take clonazapam. Nootropic aniracetam will help in sleep.

I suggest take a cup of warm milk, it will help in sound sleep.

Hope I have answered your query,

I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
